- 体験プラン当日に悪天候が予想される場合、ガイドは危険回避のためにプログラムの中止、延期、またはコース変更をする場合がございます。その場合はなるべくプラン開始日の前日19時までに判断してご連絡いたします。 ※状況によってはプラン開始当日の早朝に決定する場合もあります。 早朝判断の場合はお客様がご自宅などから出発される前の時間を相談させていただき、その時間までに連絡いたします。 プラン開始前までに悪天候またはその他の不可抗力によりプランの開催が不可能と判断した場合はプログラムを中止し参加者の全額を返金またはオンライン決済を中止致します。 但しプランの延期または危険回避のため、コースや行程を変更して行なった場合は料金の全額及び一部返金は行いませんのでご注意ください。 ツアー中の危険回避のため、プログラム開始後にルートや行程の変更・中止を行なった場合の料金払い戻しはございませんので予めご了承ください。

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
