- Pick-up time: From approximately 7:00am - 8.30 am, depending on location and mountain
- Pick-up point: Selected Queenstown accommodation or central pick-up points
- Meeting Location: Info and Snow ski bus at 27 Shotover Street or designated Queenstown pick-up point
- Duration approx. : 8 to 9 hours
- Luggage Instructions : Take small backpack, carry everything on the bus, storage lockers are available up the ski fields.
- Bookings cancelled more than 7 Days before the trip will incur no cancellation fee and will be fully refunded. Any booking canceled between 7 Days – 48 hours prior to departure will incur a $50 cancelation fee. Any product cancelled within 48 hours will receive no refund.
** Child Age is 4-5 (Ski only) or 6-15. Snowboarding lessons start from 7.

If you need to hire clothing, then arrange this the day before in Queenstown. We recommend Quest in Shotover Street.
Snowsports involve inherent risks including variable weather, snow conditions, and alpine terrain. Guests must follow all instructions provided by instructors, guides, and mountain staff at all times. Suitable clothing and footwear are required, and helmets are strongly recommended and included with equipment hire. Participants should be in reasonable health and able to stand, walk, and move independently. Mountain operations, lessons, and transport are subject to weather and operational conditions and may change at short notice.
