By car: From the Koriyama-Chuo Smart Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway, take Shinsakura Street toward Koriyama Station for 15 minutes. Parking: 3 spaces. Large buses: Not permitted. By train: Get off at Koriyama Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen, follow Shinsakura Street, and take the Fukushima Kotsu bus to the Tsutsumi bus stop.
