Regarding cancellation of the event:
- [Criteria for cancellation in case of rain or severe weather] In order to ensure safety and maintain the quality of photography, the tour will be cancelled in principle if it rains. 1. Cancellation decision timing The decision will be made around 6:00 PM the day before the tour, and the representative will be contacted only if the tour is cancelled. 2. Judgment criteria The tour will be cancelled if the Japan Meteorological Agency forecasts a 40% or higher chance of precipitation at the venue, or if there is a risk of frozen roads or strong winds. 3. Response in case of cancellation In the event of cancellation at the organiser's discretion, no cancellation fee will be charged (full refund). Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses to the site, etc.

- ■ Vehicle Arrangements and Payment: Reservations will be made by the organizer, but rental fees are not included in the plan. Please pay the actual cost at the store on the day. You will meet at the designated rental store (informed after booking). ■ Vehicle Type Requests: Requests are accepted, but cannot be guaranteed. Please note that if your request cannot be accommodated due to stock availability on the day, you will be assigned a different vehicle. ■ Required Documents (If you do not bring these documents, your reservation will be considered canceled on the day) **International visitors: **Passport + original international driver's license (issued in a country that is a member of the Geneva Convention) **Domestic visitors: **Valid driver's license *If you forget these documents, you will not be able to rent a vehicle or participate in the tour. ■ Clothing: For safety reasons, please wear long sleeves, long pants, and shoes. Shorts and sandals are not permitted. ■ Accidents and Damage: In the event of damage due to an accident or fall, the rental store's rental terms and conditions will apply. Clothing and belongings: [Must bring] International Driving Permit (IDP): An original is required under the 1949 Geneva Convention. The 1968 Vienna Convention IDP is not valid in Japan. If you forget, you will not be able to participate in the tour. *If you hold a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, etc., you will need an official Japanese translation and your home country's license. Home country's driver's license: Must be presented together with the IDP. Passport: Required by law to carry at all times. Credit card: Required for rental bike procedures. [Clothing] For safety reasons, please wear clothing that covers your skin. Inappropriate clothing may result in refusal to ride. Long sleeves and long pants (required): Shorts, half-pants, and skirts are prohibited. Footwear (required): Sneakers, boots, etc. Sandals and high heels are strictly prohibited. Jacket: Even in summer, the wind can be cold when riding at night, so we strongly recommend bringing a windproof jacket. Regarding rental equipment: [About equipment rental] Apart from the bike itself (helmets, gloves, clothing, smartphone holders, etc.), all items are charged separately. Additionally, Japanese size standards are smaller than those in Europe and the United States. If you require a helmet size XXL or larger, or larger clothing, we strongly recommend bringing your own, as there is a risk that they may not be in stock.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
