• When using the water park, you must wear a hat (cap is allowed) and aqua shoes (shoes specifically for water play).
• Free parking is provided only for the actual usage time.
• We are not responsible for any slipping accidents caused by not wearing aqua shoes. Please wear them for your safety.
• When using the water park, you must wear clothing made of swimsuit material.
• When using the outdoor spa (Cheongsu-dang), you can enter the water wearing a swimsuit, but if you are wearing a steam bathing suit, you can only use the foot bath.
• Free admission for children under 36 months (proof of age required)

• When there are many guests, you may not be able to enter immediately due to 'entry restrictions' to ensure a comfortable experience.

• The facility and seller are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from resale or purchase from an unauthorized seller.
• For the safety of our guests, tube-type life jackets without buoyancy devices (including inflatable arm-worn devices) are not permitted.
• For your safety and enjoyment, the following items are restricted from being brought in.
• Food, mats, all glass products, snorkeling equipment (including goggles), flippers, diver masks, pets, large water play equipment (over 1m in length and width), strollers, wagons, carts, carts (wheeled vehicles), etc.
• In addition to the above items, items that pose a risk to guest safety and pool hygiene may be restricted from entry or may be requested for storage.
• All outside food is prohibited. Please store any food you bring in in the food storage area.
• All alcoholic beverages are prohibited upon entry, and alcoholic beverages sold within the premises may only be consumed in designated areas.
• For indoor experience facilities, use is restricted if you do not wear the designated attire according to the characteristics of the aircraft.
• Body Slide: Rash guards, swimsuits with metal or plastic hooks, leggings, t-shirts (regardless of material), swimsuits and beach pants with metal attachments, and wrap skirts are prohibited.
• Tube Slide: Clothing with sharp decorations, such as swimsuits, earrings, necklaces, piercings, bracelets, hats, glasses, and sunglasses, that may cause bodily harm are prohibited.
• To ensure safe water play, guests with contagious diseases are not permitted to enter.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• Unused tickets after purchase: 100% refund available
• When used for the first time or more
  - Refund after deducting 10% of the purchase amount at the time of registration as a refund fee and refund deduction amount
  - Refund deduction amount = Actual number of uses × Regular price by type at the time of refund request
  - If you use a free meal voucher provided as a benefit, an additional deduction will be made for the amount used.
• Non-refundable: If the refund fee + refund deduction amount exceeds the ticket purchase price.

* In the case of 3/4 tickets, refunds for partial participants are not possible for any reason. Only refunds for all 3/4 participants are possible (if a refund is available).
