Travel conditions and important precautions
I. Room Type and Number of Guests
• Single occupancy
If one person uses a double cabin, a single occupancy surcharge will apply (the actual amount is subject to the shipping company's announcement).
The number of single-occupancy cabins is limited and subject to availability.
• The 3rd and 4th people share a room
The third and fourth passengers sharing a cabin with two adults are eligible for a special discounted rate offered by the cruise line. The actual cost is subject to the announcements for each itinerary and cabin.
The number of cabins that can accommodate 3 to 4 people is limited, and not all cabin types are applicable; availability is subject to confirmation.
II. Shipboard Equipment and Voltage Specifications
• The cabin is equipped with 110V/60Hz and 220V/50Hz sockets, which are either two-prong or three-prong.
• Two-prong plugs commonly used in Taiwan can be used directly.
• It is recommended to use transformers in precision electronic devices (such as cameras and laptops).
• Electronic devices with automatic voltage conversion function can be used directly.

IV. Ordering Process and Payment Terms
• By completing the booking and payment on the platform, passengers agree to these terms, the relevant regulations of the travel agency, and the official travel terms of Princess Cruises.
• After the order is completed, the platform/travel agency staff will process the cruise reservation and notify the passenger via system message.
• Once the cabin for the cruise itinerary is confirmed, passengers must complete the payment within the specified time; generally, full payment must be completed approximately 95 days before departure (actual timeframes vary by cruise).
• If the travel agency does not receive the deposit or final payment due from the passenger within the specified period, it may cancel or resell the cabin class as appropriate.
• Foreign currency items will be converted to New Taiwan Dollars according to our company's internal exchange rate before payment is requested.
• If the price on the cruise website fluctuates significantly during the booking period, the platform or travel agency has the right to stop the booking process and refund the full amount received to the passenger.
V. Travel Documents and Pre-boarding Procedures
Passengers must provide the following information at least 60 days prior to departure:
(1) Complete passport information (based on the English name on the passport)
(2) List of room allocations
If there are any changes to the information, they will be handled in accordance with the cruise company's regulations.
Passports must be valid for at least 181 days from the date of disembarkation.
After obtaining the Cruise Ticket, passengers must complete the online check-in on the cruise company's official website.
The official cruise ticket will be provided by the supplier via system message before departure. Please pay attention to platform notifications.
Passengers must prepare all entry documents required for their ports of call (such as Hong Kong visa, Taiwan Compatriot Permit, visas for various countries, etc.) and confirm that they comply with entry regulations.
VI. Regulations on List Changes and Name Renaming
• Passengers must provide a correct passenger list when paying the deposit (which must be exactly the same as the passports used for actual boarding).
• Once the passenger list is registered with the cruise company, any changes may be made:
More than 95 days before departure: You can apply to change the passenger list or cabin allocation.
If two or more people in the same cabin change their names within 94 days before departure, it will be considered a cancellation of the cabin and a cancellation fee will be charged accordingly.
No name may be changed within 30 days prior to departure.
If passengers hold dual citizenship, the list must be based on the passport actually used for boarding.
VII. Health Status and Special Status Requirements
• Regulations for pregnant women
Pregnant passengers must present a doctor's certificate indicating their fitness for cruise travel. Furthermore, prior application to the cruise line for boarding is required.
Pregnant women who are 24 weeks pregnant or older, or whose babies are under 6 months old, are not allowed to board the ship.
• Passengers with disabilities
Participants must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by a fellow traveler who can provide full assistance.
If you require any assistance, please inform us before registering.
• Chronic diseases or special illnesses
If you have diabetes, chronic diseases, or need to take medication or receive injections regularly, please inform us before registration and provide a doctor's certificate of fitness to fly, depending on the circumstances.
Special status passengers
Conscripts, military and police personnel, and contract military and police personnel should apply for or register with the competent authority in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
VIII. Itinerary Changes and Force Majeure
• Due to weather, navigation safety, private charter boat arrangements or other force majeure factors, the cruise company may cancel or change the itinerary, port of call, port of call and departure times or length of stay without prior notice.
• The cruise line and travel agency shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation due to itinerary adjustments caused by the above factors.
• No refunds will be given for passengers who are unable to board the ship due to flight delays or other transportation factors.
IX. Boarding and Baggage Security Regulations
• All luggage must undergo security scanning, and the cruise line has the right to remove or confiscate prohibited or dangerous items.
• Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
Explosives, weapons, illegal drugs, sharp objects, sports equipment (bats, skateboards, etc.), flammable materials, heating appliances (boilers, irons, etc.) and drones.
• Alcoholic beverages will be managed in accordance with the cruise company's regulations.
• Wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters must be brought by the passenger and requested in advance. Wheelchairs on board are only for emergency use.
• For some ports, you will need to take a ferry to disembark. Whether or not you are allowed to disembark will be subject to a final on-site safety assessment. No refunds will be provided for failure to disembark at a port.
• The ship has a medical room and medical staff. If passengers require medical services, the cruise company will charge a reasonable medical fee.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 120 minutes before boarding. Latecomers will not be waited for.
10. Nationality Restrictions
Princess Cruises and Carnival Corporation have implemented nationality restrictions, prohibiting the sale of cruise itineraries to passengers of specific nationalities or regions (including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, and some sanctioned regions).
If you hold a passport of any of the above-mentioned nationalities, please do not register. If your trip is affected due to concealing your nationality information, you will be responsible for any related losses and expenses, and the travel agency reserves the right to pursue legal action.
XI. Cancellation Fee Information (Departure/Arrival from Japan)
No charges will be incurred if the trip is 90 days or more prior to departure.
89-57 days prior to departure: 20% of the total cost will be charged.
56–29 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be collected.
28-15 days before departure: 75% of the total cost will be collected.
Within 14 days (inclusive) of departure: 100% of the total cost will be charged.
※Cancellation fee calculation scope: calculated based on the "original total price" of the cabin, including cruise tour fee, port tax, relevant government taxes and other necessary taxes and fees.

After you place an order, the Japanese supplier will make a reservation and notify you by message once it is completed.
If the price fluctuates significantly during the booking period due to changes in the cruise line's official website, the booking process will be stopped and a full refund will be issued.
Princess Cruises: Please check in online at the cruise line's website or download the app to generate your Cruise Ticket.
After completing online check-in, passengers can notify KKday to assist in providing a formal cruise ticket via message or email before the departure date. Please pay attention to system messages.
During the period from ordering to sending the Cruise Ticket, the order status will show "Processing"; the order status will only change to "Processed" after the Cruise Ticket is sent.
Passengers must provide (1) complete passport information and (2) a rooming list at least 60 days prior to departure, subject to change by the shipping company. Passports must also be valid for at least 181 days (based on disembarkation date).
Please make sure you have all necessary entry documents for each port of call (e.g., Schengen visa, Turkish visa, and re-entry visa to Taiwan).
Pregnant women must present a doctor's certificate indicating that they are fit for cruise travel; women who are 24 weeks pregnant or older or whose infants are under 6 months old are not allowed to board the ship.
Passengers with disabilities must be able to take care of themselves or be accompanied by a fellow passenger who can provide assistance during the journey. Please inform us if you need any help.
If you have diabetes, chronic diseases, or other special illnesses that require regular medication or injections, please inform us before registering. If necessary, you will need to provide a doctor's certificate of fitness to fly.
Those with special status such as conscripts, military personnel, police officers, and contract military and police personnel should comply with relevant laws and regulations and apply or register at the township/district office or personnel unit.
If you need to bring wheelchairs, bicycles, etc., you need to apply for and obtain approval from the shipping company in advance, and present the original for verification when boarding.
Those who need to bring special/controlled medications should prepare a doctor's prescription or supporting document for inspection.
Please arrive at the designated location 120 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, we will not wait for latecomers.
If the above precautions are not met and boarding is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the contract cancellation provisions.
Cruise lines reserve the right to cancel or alter scheduled itineraries, times, and vessels in the event of force majeure or severe weather.
