Due to the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday) 2026, the Vietnamese authorities will be closed for 2 days (February 16–17, 2026). The visa processing schedule during this period is as follows:

Result release: After 17:00 (same day)

- We confirm receipt and begin the processing.
- Receive your eVisa result via email or whatsapp within the promised timeframe.
- Vietnam eVisa Service - Required Documents
- YOUR PASSPORT: at least 6 months in validity following the arrival date; Original passport have at least 2 blank page
- YOUR PORTRAIT PHOTO: color photos with clear, white background (passport style). You can use your phone to take it and use the wall as white background.

Monday – Friday: All processing times are based on Vietnam Time (GMT+7).
Morning: 08:00 – 12:00
Afternoon: 14:00 – 17:00
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed (Government offices are not in operation)
If your travel date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, please select the date of use as the Friday before your trip.
Government offices do not operate on weekends, so to travel on a weekend, you must have your eVisa issued and in hand by Friday at the latest.
Example: If your flight is on January 10, please choose January 9 when making the booking, or an earlier date such as January 8 or January 7.
The PROCESSING TIME WILL BASED ON THE TIME THAT WE ARE WELL RECEIVED ALL OF THE INFORMATION FROM THE CLIENTS.
1. Processing time: 1 hour
Submit your application before 10:00 AM (Vietnam time, Monday to Friday)
Example: Submit info at 8:00 AM on the 10th. Receive your eVisa by 10:00 AM the same day
2. Processing time: 2 hours
Submit before 9:00 AM
Example: Submit at 8:00 AM, Receive by 11:00 AM the same day
3. Processing time: 4 hours
Submit before 8:00 AM
Example: Submit at 7:00 AM, Receive between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM
Submissions after 8:00 AM will be processed in the afternoon. Results will be delivered between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
For 1-, 2-, and 4-hour packages, allow an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour for us to complete submission to the government system
4. Processing time: 1 day – Processing Time Excludes Submission Day
Submit documents before 4:30 PM - Return by 7:00 PM after 1 full working day.
5. Processing time: 2 days – Processing Time Excludes Submission Day
Submit documents before 4:30 PM - Return by 7:00 PM after 2 full working days.
6. Processing time: 3 days – Processing Time Excludes Submission Day
Submit documents before 4:30 PM - Return by 7:00 PM after 3 full working days.
