Questions regarding reservations:

  • Question 1: Please enter the participant's height and weight. (Participants weighing over 85kg should consult with us.)

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Please note that the tour may be canceled if there is a southerly wind.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • - For those weighing between 30kg and 85kg (those weighing over 85kg should consult with us). - Changing rooms are only available in the Futami area. *Those 75 years of age or older should consult with us.

Other special notes:

  • - There is a 1,000 yen/per use fee for some areas. *Tandem flights are not required. - An insurance fee of 500 yen/day is required for each course. - We do not provide lunch at our school. Please bring your own lunch.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 13 to 75 years old

  • Clothing and belongings: ・Clothing: Something that's easy to move in and that you don't mind getting a little dirty (trainers, jeans, etc.) ・Gloves: Thin leather gloves are best. If you don't have them, work gloves are fine. ・Shoes: Light hiking boots or other shoes with sturdy ankles and non-slip soles. Sports shoes are also fine. *The above items are also sold at the school.

How to Get There
・Meeting Time: 9:30 - 15:00 Please consult with us when booking. * We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on reservation status and wind conditions. ・Meeting Place: Futami-cho, Iyo-gun, Ehime Prefecture * If wind conditions make flying in Futami-cho impossible on the day, you may be asked to fly in Tosa City, Kochi Prefecture. * The training location is decided based on the weather forecast the day before. * You can also travel from Matsuyama to the training site with us.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
