- Due to the narrow width of the gangway, guests using electric wheelchairs or scooters will not be able to board the Liberty Super Express or Statue at Sunset cruises. Standard manual wheelchairs are permitted.

- Children under 3 ride free. Please ask at the box office for an infant ticket.
- The location of the Premier Seating Area depends on the boat assigned. On 3-level boats it is on a private outdoor deck with its own concessions stand, and on 2-level boats it is in a private indoor section of the second floor with shared concessions. Premier Seating is accessible only by stairs.
- For premier ticket holders, please check in with a red-shirted Ambassador for a souvenir tourbook and premier wristband.
- CityPASS® Holders: Be sure to reserve your seat in advance at citypass.circleline.com, then proceed to security.
- Other Pass Holders (GoCity Pass, New York Pass, Explorer Pass): Pick up your boarding tickets at the ticket office before joining the boarding line."
Reminders
Bags will undergo security screening. Backpacks are permitted, but no luggage is allowed.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed—a full-service concessions stand is available onboard.
All regular sightseeing cruises are smoke-free. Designated smoking areas are available only on select specialty cruises.
Weather-Related Changes: In rare cases, high tides or other conditions may prevent us from circumnavigating the island. We will adjust the route to ensure an incredible tour of over 200 landmarks. For updates, call us at (212) 563-3200 after 9:30 AM on the day of your cruise.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
