This group is based on two people (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The group fee for children (2-9 years old) is for those not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half a room, the adult group fee will apply. For odd-numbered groups or single registrations, a Single room surcharge must be paid.

The travel agency service fee is HK$80 per person per day, which includes the local tour guide, tour bus driver and other travel agency staff. This fee is collected individually from each member of the tour group before the tour ends.

When booking, please provide the Chinese name and Home Return Permit information of each traveler in the remarks.

Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.

There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 pm on the working day prior to departure.

The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.

Note: All public entertainment facilities in the hotel are provided by the hotel. If they are changed or closed due to maintenance or other uncontrollable factors, our company will not make alternative arrangements or provide compensation.

Guests joining our company's tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.

In accordance with national environmental protection policies, the hotel has discontinued providing complimentary disposable amenities in the rooms; guests are kindly requested to bring their own.

The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.

If there are any adjustments to the fee details, the information at the time of registration shall prevail.

Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.

For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a designated person call you the day before the tour to confirm the exact meeting time.

Please refer to the actual situation on-site if hotel facilities are closed due to maintenance or uncontrollable factors, and no further notice will be given.

When taking a domestic tour bus, the seating arrangement is based on the order in which guests register.
