- If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. Also, if you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, you may be asked to leave the event. *Points and coupons cannot be used for this plan.

- While we can temporarily store your belongings during the experience, please be sure to manage your valuables yourself. Please understand that we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or theft of your belongings.

* **By Car:** 30 minutes from Meishin Expressway "Ritto IC" or 15 minutes from Kosei Road "Mano IC".
Parking: 282 spaces, large buses: not permitted.
Parking is available at Misaki Nature Park parking lot. (Free parking)
Please note that it is expected to be very crowded on the day.
* **By Train:** From JR Biwako Line "Moriyama Station," take the Omi Railway bus bound for Biwako Marriott Hotel and get off at "Biwako Marriott Hotel" bus stop.
* **By Other Means:** Approximately 20 minutes by taxi from JR Biwako Line "Moriyama Station".
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
