Other important points to note:
- If you come to our store at 653-8 Tonoshiro, Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture instead of Hamasaki Marina, we will provide you with showers and changing rooms.

Reminders
Participant age: 5 to 70 years old
What to wear and what to bring: Please bring a towel and sunscreen. If you are prone to seasickness, please also bring motion sickness medicine. Please wear a swimsuit in advance. Please wear sandals or other footwear that you don't mind getting wet.
Regarding rental equipment: Snorkeling equipment, marine boots, rental SUP board, boarding fee, guide fee, and insurance fee are all included in the tour price.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
