Regarding tour cancellation:

The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. Even in such cases, we cannot compensate for transportation expenses to the venue. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes on participating in the course:

・Each boat carries 2 people. 【Total weight up to 150kg; please consult us before booking if exceeding this limit】　Preschool children will participate by sitting on a guardian's lap. One preschool child can be registered per guardian. 　・Start times vary by season. Summer: Approx. 18:15 start. Winter: Approx. 17:15 start. ・The location may be changed or the tour canceled suddenly due to wind or sea conditions. In that case, we will inform you by phone.

【Regarding participation conditions】 Please inform us in advance if any of the following apply to you: ・Pregnant (before the stable period), have heart, respiratory, or mental illnesses, epilepsy, diabetes, high blood pressure, or have difficulty walking in daily life. If you participate based on a false declaration, insurance will not apply in the event of an accident. Also, if the above is discovered, the tour will be immediately canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Those who have been drinking alcohol cannot participate under any circumstances.
