     Our staff will escort you to a lane with shorter queues, usually Lanes 4, 5, or 6. 

II. 【Departure】:

• Standard:

     Our staff will guide you to the priority lane for faster customs stamping process. Not including priority security check.

• Premium:
  Not only accelerates the exit stamping, but the representative will also guide you through the priority security checkpoint, saving more time than the Standard Package and ensuring a faster arrival at your boarding gate.

IV.【Airport Arrival & Departure Process】:

• Arrival：

1. Meeting Point: Landing Visa Hall area (International Terminal).
2. Meet & Greet: Do not queue in the regular lines. Proceed directly to the meeting point to find our staff holding your name sign.
3. Fast Track Process: Staff escorts you to the Priority Lane for immigration. Note: Service ends upon immigration clearance; proceed to baggage claim independently.
4. Emergency: Flight delay or difficulty locating staff? Contact customer service immediately.

• Departure：

1. Meeting Point: International Departure Hall, between Row E and F.
2. Before Meeting Us: Please complete your airline check-in and bag drop first (self-service).After checking in, find staff with your name sign at the meeting point.
3. Fast Track Process: Staff escorts you to the Priority Lane entrance. Note: Staff must leave you at the security checkpoint; proceed through security and immigration independently.
