Children Policy
- Maximum 02 children under 12 years old can share the room with parents using the existing bed.
- Child is below 6 years old sharing the existing bed with parents: No charge for meal and accommodation.
- Child is from 6-11 years old sharing the existing bed with parent: No charge for accommodation, Breakfast charge will be applied with 50% discount on adult meal price.
- Child from 6-11 years old requires extra bed, 50% discount on the adult price will be charged.
- Child 12 years old and above is compulsory an extra bed with breakfast as adult price.
- Child from 6-11 years old shall be accorded 50% off on adult meal rate when dining with paying adults.
- Child below 6 years old shall be free when dining with paying adults.
Incidental Charges:
- The company should advise all customers that they are responsible for payment of all charges over and above the room charge as such charges may be incurred by customers during their stay at Resort. Such additional charges may include, but are not limited to, extra person, extra bed, mini-bar, room service, movies, internet access, telephone and health club use

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 30 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–14 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
