The tour price is denominated in Australian dollars (AUD).

Itinerary Adjustment: YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust itinerary arrangements based on traffic, weather, guest flights, and other circumstances to ensure the smooth running of the trip while guaranteeing the safety and comfort of travelers. In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the trip and retain the right to combine the group tour, and may not be able to provide other refunds.
Additional costs due to personal reasons of tour members: If personal reasons of tour members arise during the tour, such as emergencies requiring additional services from the tour guide or staff, the related costs may need to be borne by the tour member. In cases including emergency medical care in the middle of the night, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd may not be able to provide refunds.
Tour bookings and accommodations are easily booked during peak seasons/weekend holidays/student holidays: During peak seasons or specific holidays, tour bookings and accommodations may be in high demand. If hotels are fully booked, YoYo Travel WA Pty Ltd may need to adjust accommodation arrangements, providing alternative hotels or room upgrades. Travelers can choose to accept the adjustment or receive a refund, but once tickets are issued, the itinerary cannot be changed.
Health and Personal Items: During the trip, travelers should pay attention to staying hydrated, protecting themselves from the sun, and keeping warm. They should also bring personal medications, changes of clothes, and other necessities. Luggage should ideally be in soft-sided bags and should not exceed 7 kg. It is recommended to bring sunglasses, a sun hat, sunscreen, rain gear, a camera, a warm jacket, drinking water, and comfortable walking shoes and clothing to ensure a comfortable and safe journey.
Force Majeure: The company will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to personal reasons, strikes, political factors, war, disasters, weather, or other force majeure events. These factors may cause changes to the trip, and travelers need to understand and bear the corresponding costs themselves.
Changes to Travel Plans: Our company reserves the right to modify travel plans, such as due to vehicle breakdowns or other factors. Furthermore, our company assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings, personal injury, or breach of agreements with partner companies.
