Just a 3-minute walk from the South Exit of Kumagaya Station! Solo diners are more than welcome. Enjoy a toast with beer and hormone (offal) in our atmospheric restaurant.
This is our first branch in Saitama, expanding from Gunma! Located in Sakuragi-cho, Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, we are a charcoal-grilled hormone specialty shop. Our owner, who has dedicated his career to yakiniku, serves fresh hormone sourced daily and carefully selected cuts of meat. Grill them over charcoal and enjoy the smoky flavor. We take pride in our freshness, slicing each cut to the perfect thickness to ensure you enjoy the meat at its absolute best. We also provide high chairs and tatami seating for families, as well as paper aprons for your convenience.
Freshness and preparation are important when it comes to offal! Shimada is particular about not cutting corners here. Not only do we purchase our ingredients daily to maintain freshness, but we also carefully prepare them before serving them to our customers, which shows our commitment! You can enjoy our proud offal, which is soft and has no strong flavor. We also have a wide variety of offal, which is unique to our restaurant, from crunchy to soft to juicy. The appeal of offal is that you can enjoy a variety of flavors and textures depending on the part, so please enjoy it slowly grilled on a charcoal grill.
We prepare our special dishes safely and deliciously in-house! We serve rare Yukhoe made with Joshu beef rump, which is cooked to look like raw beef! We also serve raw pork tongue, which is cooked at low temperature! Please give it a try.

Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to show up, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged to you (the actual fee will be determined by the information on the certificate provided after booking): If you cancel this reservation, the following fees will be charged: Cancellation on the day (without notice): 3,000 yen (per person)

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide assistance to the best of our ability, but we cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
