Enjoy an immersive Hamayaki experience in an open, beach-house-inspired atmosphere. Grill live shellfish fresh from the tank yourself and savor the sounds and aromas. In addition to our signature crab miso shell grill and assorted seafood Hamayaki sets, we offer a wide variety of à la carte dishes including sashimi, grilled fish, fried dishes, and sushi. Some locations also offer seafood rice bowls and set meals. Please come and enjoy the bounty of the sea at your leisure with your favorite drink.
Isomaru Suisan's specialty, "hamayaki," is grilling seafood freshly pulled from the tank. Our "crab miso shell grill" is a particularly popular menu item, attracting many repeat customers! We also recommend the "hamayaki set," which includes an assortment of clams, scallops, grilled squid, and red shrimp. Enjoy the freshness of the seafood, highlighting the deliciousness of the ingredients.
In our restaurant, you can enjoy fresh fish and shellfish sashimi, as well as raw snow crab sashimi. The crispy crab cream croquette is an addictive delicacy topped with rich crab miso. The bite-sized luxurious overflowing sushi, topped with tuna sashimi, sea urchin, salmon roe and sea grapes, is also superb! We also have a course menu perfect for banquets where you can enjoy seafood grilling and sashimi, so please feel free to use it for a wide range of occasions.
At lunchtime, we offer a wide variety of menu items, including set meals, eel, seafood bowls, soba, and udon. The most popular menu item is the classic "Tuna Bowl"♪ We also recommend the "Seafood Overflow Bowl" with plenty of toppings and the ever-popular "Isomaru 4-Color Bowl". Be sure to visit us at lunchtime. *Lunch is not available at some stores.
Special prices on popular drinks are available for orders placed before 5pm! Beer (Kirin Ichiban Shibori) 439 yen, three types of highballs, various sours, and shochu 384 yen each, and soft drinks (orange juice, cola, catechin green tea, oolong tea) 209 yen each. You can order as many drinks as you like per person.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
