We take pride in our Shinshu soba, freshly made in the restaurant every day, and our fragrant, house-prepared dashi. You can enjoy a variety of combinations by ordering tempura or a wide selection of rice bowls to go with your noodles, allowing you to savor the true flavor of the soba. We also offer Shinshu local cuisine, regional sake, and soba shochu mixed with soba-yu, along with a rich selection of seasonal menus. Please enjoy a pleasant time in our shop, where even solo diners can feel free to drop by.
This restaurant is proud of its homemade soba noodles, prepared daily in-house, and its golden-colored broth. The appeal of Shinshu soba is that you can grate fresh wasabi yourself to enjoy it. There is also a wide selection of crispy tempura and rice bowls, so you can enjoy your favorite combination.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for casual dining even when you're alone. In the evening, seasonal delicacies and homemade specialties are served, and you can enjoy them slowly with local Shinshu sake or soba shochu (buckwheat shochu) in hot water. There is also a full seasonal menu using seasonal ingredients. You can enjoy the taste of Japan to your heart's content along with homemade dishes.
We offer duck soba noodles made with carefully selected duck meat, slowly simmered to create a soft texture and rich flavor. Our duck soba noodles served in a bamboo steamer and duck nanban soba noodles are also popular. Please enjoy a luxurious time in our comfortable Japanese atmosphere.
