Located a 10-minute walk from Mikage Station, this restaurant was founded in 1985. It offers a wide range of dishes, from regional cuisine from around France to carefully prepared dishes using local ingredients, such as wild game from Hyogo Prefecture and Tajima beef from Tanaka Livestock. The restaurant's interior is decorated in a calming blue and white color scheme. The sake and wine bottles decorating the ceiling complement the afterglow of your tour of the sake brewery. The restaurant can be used for a variety of purposes, from meals between tours to anniversaries and private parties.
We offer authentic wild game dishes, including "Wild deer neck meat on the bone stewed in red wine" and "Hyogo Prefecture venison loin steak," as well as assorted platters of wild boar, Asiatic black bear, badger, and more. We face the nature and life of Hyogo, and carefully handcraft each dish using rare ingredients that are hard to find.
We use Tajima beef from Tanaka Livestock, which is not generally sold as meat. This rare meat, packed with the passion of the cattle breeders, is cooked at low temperature and vacuum-cooked until tender. Our signature dish is the "100% Tajima Beef Steak Aschediable Style," packed with flavor. We also offer sets with soup and bread, as well as daily set meals, which can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
We source sake from breweries in the Nada and Nishinomiya areas, carefully selected to complement our regional French cuisine. Of course, we also offer red, white, and sparkling wine by the glass or bottle. We also offer a wide selection of non-alcoholic cocktails made with our own homemade syrups. Even those who don't like alcohol can find a drink to enjoy with our food.
The interior, based on royal blue and off-white, is a sophisticated space that exudes calm yet playful spirit. Empty sake and wine bottles decorating the ceiling subtly create an extraordinary atmosphere. We are perfect for lunch or dinner while sightseeing, as well as dates, anniversaries, and group use.
