In the hot summer months, we recommend our ice-cold homemade udon and soba noodles. We offer a variety of refreshing dishes perfect for summer, such as bukkake udon, sudachi udon, and grated radish udon. We also have a full selection of classic hot soba and udon noodles, rice bowls, and appetizers. Located just a 1-minute walk from Roppongi Station, on the 1st floor of the APA Hotel Roppongi Ekimae. We are open 24 hours a day, so you can enjoy lunch, dinner, late-night meals, and breakfast anytime. We look forward to welcoming you to our cool restaurant.
Shiraishi Soba uses 80% buckwheat produced in Shinshu, and is characterized by its beautiful noodle strands that show off the artisan's skill. Made in-house with high-quality domestic buckwheat flour, it offers a blissful bowl of noodles with a wide variety of toppings. Beautifully presented, it's a delicacy that is a feast for the eyes as well. The aroma spreads with every bite, and you can enjoy the smooth texture. The "Sweet Shrimp Rice Bowl" allows you to fully enjoy the delicate sweetness and melt-in-your-mouth texture of sweet shrimp. We use a generous amount of fresh sweet shrimp to create a beautiful looking rice bowl. The rich flavor of sweet shrimp that spreads in your mouth with every bite is truly luxurious.
