We age pork from Kagoshima Prefecture in-house. We use coarse breadcrumbs and cook it in a copper pot until it's tender and juicy. The rice used in our set meals is brown rice from Kagoshima Prefecture, milled in-house. You can have as much rice as you like, so you can eat until you're full.
Enjoy your meal at the counter for one person or more. You can also choose to dine at a table, sunken kotatsu table, tatami room, or banquet hall to suit your occasion.
