"Tsuyu Shabu" is 0.8mm thinly sliced pork that is boiled in hot water and served with a special five-stage Japanese-style broth containing white onions and yuzu chili peppers. The broth for tsuyu shabu is made with generous amounts of carefully selected bonito flakes and kelp. The name "Tsuyu Shabu" is a registered trademark and is used exclusively by Chiriri.
