Free waiting time: 30 minutes. An overtime fee of 3000 JPY/30 minutes applies thereafter.
Please pay overtime and excess mileage fees in cash to the driver. You can also contact customer service to pay related additional fees in advance.
Notice for late-night bookings: Bookings for times before 10:00 cannot be processed between 00:00-08:00; such bookings will be cancelled.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
Child Seat Policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to Japanese traffic law (Road Traffic Enforcement Order - Article 26-3-2, Paragraph 3, Item 6), point-to-point transfers are exempt from the obligation to provide child seats, so you can travel with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy: Urgent bookings do not support free cancellation. Non-urgent bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the service time. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation.
