- For round-trip bookings between Tokyo City and Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea, please specify the return pick-up time in the remarks.
- Please provide your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when ordering so our customer service staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- If a child seat is required, please specify it when ordering. The fee is 2,000 JPY (a child seat occupies 1 - 1.5 seats). Please pay the driver directly.
- For point-to-point transfer services where the start or end point is outside of Tokyo city, an additional fee starting from 10,000 JPY will apply depending on the distance.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the service and 2 hours before the scheduled time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/WeChat).

Service hours are between 05:00 am and 22:00 pm. Services outside these hours will incur a night service fee (an additional fee starting from 2,000 JPY may apply depending on the end time).
Free Waiting Time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. An overtime fee of 3,000 JPY/30 minutes applies thereafter.
Mileage limit for Tokyo 23 Wards point-to-point transfer service: The limit is 30 kilometers. An excess mileage fee of 300 JPY/km applies for distances beyond this.
Please pay overtime and excess mileage fees in cash to the driver. You may also contact customer service to pay these additional fees in advance.
Night Booking Notice: Orders placed between 00:00-08:00 cannot be processed for service before 10:00 and will be cancelled.
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
Child Seat Policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to Japanese traffic law (Road Traffic Enforcement Order - Article 26-3-2, Paragraph 3, Item 6), point-to-point transfers are exempt from the child seat requirement, so you can ride with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy: Urgent orders do not support free cancellation. Non-urgent orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
