Reminders

  • After collection, please install and test the eSIM before leaving the airport. If the eSIM does not work, return to the pick-up counter immediately for assistance.

  • The eSIM must be activated within 90 days from the date of collection. If not activated within 90 days, the eSIM will be deactivated and is non-refundable.

  • All plans include a 010 phone number. However, this number cannot be used for Korean real-name verification (e.g., NAVER account verification, online banking verification, etc.).

  • Any remaining validity days or voice balance after recharge are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

  • If your phone does not support eSIM and you did not swap to a real SIM card at the counter, you will not be able to cancel or refund the eSIM that was picked-up but not utilized.

  • Each customer is limited to purchasing one eSIM.

  • Please note: Due to different network frequency bands in each country, some mobile devices may not support KT LTE frequency (even if 4G works in your home country).
