Once an order is confirmed, the course content cannot be changed (e.g., changing the course date, or switching from single-board to double-board during the course).
No refunds or make-up time will be provided if the trip is cancelled or missed due to the guest's personal reasons.
We will not provide compensation for any circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather or ski resort operations). If a guest cancels their trip unilaterally due to severe weather, no refund will be given.

Before boarding the cable car, the instructor will provide safety advice based on your skill level. In principle, every guest may board the cable car, but please be sure to follow the instructor's safety advice.
Children must be at least 130 cm tall and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if they are 6 to 12 years old (inclusive). Children 6 years and younger are not eligible to participate.
Each group booking a course may bring two companions on the shuttle bus at no extra charge. Companions are only provided for transportation and do not include course participation or insurance. If you require more than two companions, please inform us in advance when booking, and arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
