Please take your own trash with you when getting on and off the bus to keep the vehicle clean. Do not bring food or drinks that have strong odors or are easily spilled or dropped on the bus. If you are prone to motion sickness, please notify customer service in advance. If the vehicle is severely damaged due to the above, the driver reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee to the passenger.
One-way transfers: Free waiting time is 10 minutes. Any additional waiting time is charged 3,000 yen per hour (any time exceeding 15 minutes is counted as one hour).
Round-trip transfers: The vehicle must be used within 10 hours. Any additional waiting time is charged 6,000 yen per hour (any time exceeding 15 minutes is counted as one hour).
In case of force majeure (such as flight cancellations, extreme weather), please inform us as soon as possible and provide relevant proof. Customer service will arrange rescheduling or lossless cancellation as appropriate.
Please be sure to provide the correct number of passengers and luggage. If the limit is exceeded on that day, the driver has the right to refuse to pick you up and no refund will be given.
Please board the bus on time according to the reservation time. If you are late and exceed the time limit, you will be charged an overtime fee according to regulations.
If you need to change your itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
