Insects are the largest group of organisms, accounting for approximately one million species, more than half of all reported species on Earth.

This exhibition combines the maniacal perspectives of researchers from the National Museum of Nature and Science, maniacal insect specimens selected by the researchers, and the latest insect research, to explore the astonishing and undiscovered world of insects*, including not only familiar insects such as rhinoceros beetles and stag beetles, but also spiders and centipedes.
*In this exhibition, insects and other terrestrial arthropods will be treated as mushi.
