  • 东北冬季通常16：00已经天黑，为了确保行程的舒适性，出发一般是早7：00-7：30出发，敬请理解
  • 如遇大雪天气高速封路属于人力不可抗拒因素，则改为火车到亚布力。 但交通方式不进行指定
  • 滑雪为高风险体育活动，请务必注意人身安全。 为了安全考虑，此活动不接收孕妇、心脏病等有严重健康疾病游客的预定（如有隐瞒，发生事故我方不承担任何责任），感谢理解
  • 酒店接早仅限哈尔滨市区酒店，且因为是拼团可能按酒店先后顺序安排所以存在等待，敬请理解
  • 回程仅限送回哈尔滨市区 （如果没在酒店就在市区沿途地点散）
  • 滑雪计时方式为：自出雪板时间-还雪板时间，超时按门市价格计费。该项目提前预定，不去不退滑雪费用。滑雪不包含头盔、手套，可根据自身情况租赁或购买

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Pregnant women

  • 哈尔滨市区出发亚布力度假区车程3.5小时左右，如遇大雪天气高速封路属于人力不可抗拒因素，则改为火车前往，但不进行交通方式指定

  • 如拍下滑雪教练，则需要和滑雪场匹配；滑雪场不进行指定

  • 东北雪季大雪封路是常态，12人/大巴团如遇大雪封路的交通处理方案：1、默认慢车火车往/返（单边车程约3H），不用补差价。2、如遇慢车火车或者没票/停运等情况，改为高铁/动车往/返（单边车程约1.5H），仅承担返程76元/人车费：①行程开始前通知封路，仅承担出发车票，回程76元/人车票旅客自理；②回程时封路则动车/高铁76元/人费旅客自理。请提前发送护照首页照片以及准确信息才可购买到车票，敬请理解！ 谢谢

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
