- This product is only available for purchase and use by passengers over 36 months old and over 110 cm tall
- If parents or guardians (Must be over 18 years old) would only like to accompany the participants, they may purchase an additional "visitor ticket" worth ₩5,000 on-site. The Parent/Guardian tickets can redeem a cup of coffee
- If the number of visitors reaches the limit, guests may be required to wait for a while, and refund requests will not be accepted
- There may not be enough lockers available on weekends when there is a lot of visitors
- If there is a group renting the venue on the day, you may not be able to enter

When entering the venue, you will be issued an admission bracelet and safety box key, which must be kept properly. If lost, you need to go to the counter and pay ₩3,000 for the bracelet and ₩8,000 for the box key to get a new bracelet and box key
Vaunce socks must be worn when using a spring bed
No food, drinks, or pets are allowed into the venue
Please note that you will not be able to re-enter if you leave the venue halfway through your time
If the usage time is exceeded, an additional ₩2,000 will be charged on-site for every 10 minutes of overtime
