- Travelers must wait for AIRPORTEL's staff to collect the luggage within 3 hours after the drop-off time (no specific appointment time allowed)
Hotel
- Please proceed to drop off your luggage from the hotel's concierge and present the following notification to the receptionist: “AIRPORTELs จะเป็นผู้ขนส่งกระเป๋าที่ฝากของลูกค้าท่านนี้”
- Travelers are not required to wait for staff to collect the luggage once depositing it at the hotel
- The booking or reservation name must match the hotel reservation name

- For flight delays of less than 60 minutes, the complimentary waiting time will be extended to 90 minutes beyond your chosen drop-off time
- No refund will be provided if AIRPORTELs cannot retrieve the customer's luggage within 90 minutes
