• Same price for all ages. Children between 80-120cm must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or above. Each adult can accompany up to 2 children aged 120cm or below. All participants meeting the height requirement must purchase a ticket to enter.
  
• All participants must wear non-slip socks to enter.
  
• All participants entering the play area and using the facilities must wait in the designated area for staff instructions before entry.
  
• By purchasing a ticket, the participant and their parent/guardian agree to the activity requirements, rules, precautions, and terms and conditions, and ensure that their child follows all instructions from on-site staff.

— Precautions —

• No reservation required. Please redeem your ticket at the on-site counter and queue for entry.
• All sold tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  
• Admission tickets are valid during the selected activity hours. No further notice will be given in case of any sudden changes to the activity opening hours.

— Terms and Conditions —

• Participants must present their ticket to enter the play area;
• Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Photocopies of tickets will not be accepted;
• Participants must meet the event's height restrictions to enter the play area. Height measurement is determined by staff and is final;
• Each session lasts 25 minutes. Each person can only use 1 ticket per session. Participants and their parents/guardians must read and agree to the height restrictions and rules for each game before participating;
• All participants must wear non-slip socks to enter;
• Participants must be in good health to participate. If you are pregnant, suffer from chronic illnesses, mental disorders, epilepsy, motion sickness, claustrophobia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or other conditions that require avoiding stimulation (including but not limited to: visual abnormalities, physical discomfort, recent surgery, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol), please do not participate;
• Before entering the play area, all hats, glasses, shoes, badges, accessories, neck ornaments, lanyards, or other sharp objects must be removed. Please do not bring valuables;
• Eating and drinking are prohibited within the activity area;
• Any mess (such as vomiting) must be cleaned and handled by the participant or their parent/guardian;
• All game facilities are cleaned and disinfected regularly;
• Do not perform any dangerous actions or behaviors that may endanger other participants within the play area;
• During the game, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the staff. Staff have the right to ask anyone who does not follow the guidelines to leave the play area;
• Parents/guardians must assess their child's physical and mental condition to decide if they are suitable to participate in the game;
• Participants and their parents/guardians must read and agree to the height restrictions and rules for each game before participating;
• Participants are not allowed to re-enter the play area after leaving;
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Staff will not look after any personal items and will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to property;
• By participating in the game, the participant or their parent/guardian agrees that the event organizer and D·PARK are not liable for any claims or legal responsibility for any accidents or injuries;
• The event organizer and D·PARK reserve the right to claim compensation from the responsible party for any damage caused by incorrect, careless, or malicious use of the facilities;
• The activity is subject to terms and conditions and may be changed without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the event organizer and D·PARK reserve the right of final decision.
