KANKIKUBREWERY was founded in Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture in 1997. You can enjoy a variety of craft beers, including Russner, pale ale, Weizen, and IPA. With a rich lineup, you can enjoy a special drink that suits your taste and mood of the day, as well as comparing different varieties.
The food menu mainly uses ingredients from Chiba Prefecture, and is made in partnership with farm restaurants and producers in Kujukuri. From simple snacks like mixed nuts and pickles, to bagna cauda made with fresh vegetables from Kujukuri, pizza baked in an oven in the store, and french fries with a crust made with beer yeast, there are also meat dishes such as sausages and sirloin steaks. We have a food menu that goes well with craft beer.
The entrance to the store is on the first floor, and the restaurant is on the second floor. Once you go up the stairs, you will find a stylish space with calming lighting and wooden tones.
