Reminders
I. Punctuality Requirements
Waiting Policy: The driver will wait for 15 minutes from the agreed time, calculated based on the time provided by the passenger.
If the customer fails to arrive on time and cannot be contacted, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given.
Overtime fee: HKD50.0 for every 15 minutes (less than 15 minutes will be counted as 15 minutes).
II. Handling of Force Majeure
If the service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes, a full refund can be requested.
If the supplier cancels the order due to special circumstances, we will proactively notify you and provide a full refund.

According to the Road Traffic (Safety Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations, effective November 1, 2025,
