Some plans are based on a single group, but generally the minimum group size is 20. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent by email 7 days before departure.

If the Fukuroda Falls viewing platform tunnel is inaccessible due to weather or other force majeure factors, visitors can enjoy the waterfall and autumn maple leaves from the surrounding area and the tunnel toll will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
The road to Tsukida Falls is owned by the restaurant. If the restaurant temporarily closes the road due to a closure, we will extend our stay at Fukuroda Falls and Hananuki Valley instead. Please note that
