・Order Confirmation
Most of the orders will be confirmed immediately. After the order is confirmed, please go to ""Orders"" on the KKday app to see the QR code.
If you make a reservation more than 30 days before the travel date, the order will be confirmed 30 days before the travel date. After the order is confirmed, please go to ""Orders"" on the KKday app to see the QR code.

・Ticket Pickup
a. Go to ""Orders"" on the KKday app to see the QR code.
b. Go to the departure station and scan the QR code to pick up a physical ticket (1 Basic Fare Ticket + 1 Limited Express Ticket).
c. Look for a ticket vending machine/counter marked with the green symbol ""えきねっと"" to pick up your ticket.

From JR East stations (Tokyo, Sendai, Nagano, Niigata, etc.): Pick up your ticket at an automated ticketing machine/counter. To pick up a ticket from an automated machine, click on the icon in the lower right corner of the screen and scan the QR code.
From JR Tokai Station (Shin-Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, etc.): Go to the JR Tokai Ticket Office and pick up your ticket from a QR code machine.
From JR Hokuriku Station (Kanazawa, Itoigawa, etc.): Scan the QR code at the ticket machine at the JR Ticket Office to pick up your ticket.
Fom JR Hokkaido Line stations (Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto, etc.): Pick up your ticket at an automated ticket machine.
Tickets cannot be picked up at JR West automated ticket machines/counters.
If you cannot scan the QR code, enter the 17-code order number (e.g., 22522325896521268).
