Our 'non-vacuumed' Kuroge Wagyu beef tongue becomes something special after being dehydrated for a day. Our lean meat is also truly top-tier. We serve purebred Tajima Kobe beef, Sennichi Wagyu from Saito Livestock, and more. - Bringing 'joy' through the ultimate 'yakiniku' - With this philosophy, we strive every day to ensure you have a wonderful time.
Our specialty is the rare "premium raw tongue," which can only be obtained as one serving from one cow! It takes a day to carefully drain the blood, so even though it is thickly sliced, it has no odor and you can enjoy the texture and flavor to your heart's content. As it is a limited quantity, we apologize if it sells out! Please order early as it may be out of stock.
We offer two types of courses using the highest quality Japanese Black Beef, the kind that has won top prizes at competitions. We carefully process the meat, which is purchased chilled rather than frozen, to deliver the luxurious flavor that only A5 rank can offer. Freshness is key when it comes to Wagyu Skirt Steak! We offer freshly sliced A5-grade Wagyu Skirt Steak carefully selected by the owner. We also have a full selection of carefully prepared Wagyu Beef Offal that is odorless, a la carte dishes such as Chanja, which goes perfectly with alcohol, and desserts that are perfect for finishing off a meal.
The clean and bright interior of the restaurant is equipped with sunken kotatsu seating that can accommodate small to large groups. It is perfect for a wide range of occasions, such as seasonal banquets, girls' nights, after-work drinking parties, and dinners with friends! Please enjoy a special time full of smiles while enjoying delicious meat and alcohol.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
