  • Mykad Special tickets are for Malaysian residents only.
  • This ticket is valid for a single entry only. It must be redeemed on or before the expiration date specified on the ticket. After the stated date, the ticket will be considered NULL and VOID and cannot be used for redemption.
  • Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old; Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old and Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above. Admission is free of charge for children age of 3 and do not require a ticket.
  • Each ticket holder must present their valid identification card/passport or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid identification card/passport or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile; or attempt to enter the park using wrong or fraud tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park and no refund will be allowed.
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by adults at all times.
  • This ticket cannot be used for entry redemption for Entopia by Night and Biofluorescent Odyssey.
  • Show Mobile Ticket: Scan your e-tickets at the entrance turnstile. You are NOT REQUIRED to queue at the ticketing counter.
