・Cast is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for tickets due to cast changes.
・As with regular seated performances, the use of mobile phones after the start of the performance is strictly prohibited, except in an emergency.
・Not suitable for wheelchair users due to the structure of the venue.
・Some areas are small and dark due to the production. Please be aware of overheads and stairs. There may be sudden darkening, flashing lights and smoke in some parts of the performance. Please be aware that the performance may cause hyperventilation, etc.

If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or symptoms of a cold, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
Due to the nature of the performance, it is strictly forbidden for performers and audience members to speak after the show has started.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
