Chimelong Forest Kingdom in Qingyuan is located at the northern foot of Prince Mountain on the border of Guangzhou and Qingyuan. [Annual Pass] Qingyuan Chimelong Forest Kingdom Weekday Pass/All-Access Pass | Adults/Minors/Seniors
Applicable park: Chimelong Forest Kingdom, Qingyuan (excluding the forest drive-through), except for special programs or events that require separate admission fees.
The annual pass is valid for 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. If the pass is not activated online or an electronic annual pass number is not obtained offline before the expiration date, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
Annual pass validity period: Calculated by calendar month, valid from the date of online activation or obtaining the electronic annual pass number offline (whichever comes first) until the last day of the corresponding month of the following year. For example: If a guest purchases a Chimelong annual pass online on November 10, 2025, and activates it online or obtains the electronic annual pass number offline at the ticket office of the relevant theme park on November 15, 2025, then its validity period is from November 15, 2025 to November 30, 2026.
Annual pass holders can book entry dates as follows: [Weekday Pass] The "bookable entry dates" within the validity period must accumulate to approximately 280 days. Bookable entry dates may exclude certain statutory holidays and their corresponding adjusted workdays, some winter vacation dates, most summer vacation dates, Halloween and All Day (October 31st - November 1st), and New Year's Eve (limited entry days). Theme parks will announce unbookable dates in advance through official channels. Please refer to the latest "Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar" published on the official Chimelong APP/Mini Program for details. Cardholders can only enter the park on the successfully booked dates. Furthermore, for public safety, in case of extreme weather, severe weather, or reaching capacity limits, the park will implement temporary closures or reservation control measures. In such cases, we cannot guarantee entry for annual pass holders.
Annual pass holders can book entry dates as follows: The "bookable entry dates" within the validity period of the [All-Access Pass] are approximately 365 days. These dates may exclude special themed event days and days subject to visitor flow control. The park will announce unbookable dates in advance through official channels; please refer to the latest "Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar" on the official Chimelong APP/Mini Program for details. Cardholders can only enter the park on the successfully booked date. Furthermore, for public safety, the park will implement temporary closures or reservation control measures during extreme weather, severe weather, or when capacity is reached. In such cases, we cannot guarantee entry for annual pass holders.
Card removal and activation:
You can choose any of the following methods to activate your annual pass:
1. (Recommended) Online activation: After purchasing an annual pass, if you agree to use the annual pass through facial recognition, you can activate the annual pass online in the Chimelong official APP/mini-program (you need to bind your ID number + take a photo and enter your facial information). You can then conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel.
2. Offline Activation of Electronic Annual Pass Number: After purchasing an annual pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park where you purchased the pass, present the voucher code and your mobile phone number to receive your electronic annual pass number, and then go to the visitor service center to activate the pass (you will need to provide your ID card and have your photo taken for record-keeping). Facial information will also be entered (if you agree). Further steps will follow.
3. If you do not agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, you must activate the annual pass by picking it up offline as described in point 2 above (without entering facial information). Before each entry, you must present your valid ID at the Visitor Service Center for manual verification. After verification, an entry voucher will be issued as proof of your independent identity.
Special note:
1. This annual pass is an electronic pass; no physical card will be provided.
2. Annual passes are special tickets and cannot be converted into electronic QR code tickets online or collected at self-service ticket machines.
Reservation Instructions:
1. In accordance with relevant laws and industry practices, in order to create a comfortable and safe park environment, Chimelong Annual Pass implements a "reservation-based entry" system. Cardholders must make an entry reservation in advance through the "Annual Pass Reservation" section of the "Chimelong Online Reservation Platform" on the Chimelong Tourism APP/Mini Program before each entry. Annual pass users can view the reservation calendar for the next 60 days, including the current day, within the Chimelong APP/Mini Program and make a reservation on the "Available Reservation Day". Entry is only allowed after a successful reservation. The number of entry slots available for reservation each day is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. If special themed events are held within the park (such as the Chimelong Paradise Christmas event, New Year's Eve celebrations at various parks on December 31st, anniversary celebrations, etc.), or if the park implements crowd control measures due to excessive visitor numbers and public safety concerns, the number of reservations available for annual pass holders may be reduced or canceled during this period. Please pay close attention to announcements on the Chimelong official website www.chimelong.com, the official WeChat mini-program, the official WeChat public account "Chimelong Tourism," or the "Annual Pass Channel" of the Chimelong Tourism APP, and travel during off-peak hours.
Important Note:
1. Annual pass holders who have activated their pass online must present their valid ID at the ticket gate for identity verification upon first entry to the park. If the cardholder's information matches the applicable conditions of the annual pass, they can enter the park. If the conditions do not match or the information does not match, they will need to pay the difference or apply for a refund or change.
2. Once activated, the annual pass is registered under the cardholder's name and is valid only for the cardholder registered at the time of activation. It is non-transferable and cannot be changed. Lost annual passes before activation will not be reported lost or reissued.
3. Chimelong Annual Pass holders are prohibited from engaging in ticket scalping, merchandise sales, bringing unauthorized persons into the park, or any other illegal/irregular activities within Chimelong theme parks. Otherwise, the applicable park reserves the right to refuse entry and terminate the Chimelong Annual Pass based on any single instance of illegal/irregular conduct, without refund. The cardholder shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
4. This product is available in limited quantities while supplies last. We may suspend/discontinue sales of related products based on the park's operational and management needs.
5. Chimelong annual passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.

Visitors are asked to keep an appropriate distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please line up according to the separation signs, take a seat, or accept the on-site arrangement guidance of the staff.
In severe weather conditions that cannot meet the requirements for safe operation of equipment (such as lightning, rain, snow, hail, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoon, etc.), some large-scale outdoor amusement projects will be suspended, and park performances will be temporarily canceled or partially cancelled.
