The hotel has different room types, such as a King/Queen Size bed room or two Double Size twin beds. The maximum number of people that can legally stay in each room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. At the request of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination. At that time, they need to cooperate with the different regulations of the hotel to swipe the card to handle the deposit collection and check-in procedures. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will return the deposit within 7-14 working days after checking out. The check-in time of the hotel is usually after 15:00.
Guests must purchase tickets with the tour guide and are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Pass. Tickets and meal fees for attractions may change based on the official notice of the attraction, and the prices announced by the attraction on the day will prevail.

During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions, stay time or meeting time according to weather, traffic and other conditions to ensure a smooth trip.
If the attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), etc., resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the appearance or replace it with other attractions according to the actual situation to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and flow control of various attractions and national parks will change from time to time due to the epidemic. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure, please understand.
Children under the age of eight are required to ride in safety seats. We provide rental services at $10.00/person/day. Please make sure to inform us in advance when booking the trip so that we can prepare in advance. If the guests do not inform us in advance, the violation and fines caused by the guests will be borne by the guests. Please understand. No safety seats are required for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guests.
Many of the attractions on the tour require basic health conditions. Disabled people and those with limited mobility are kindly requested to contact us in advance before signing up for the tour. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-lift buses or suitable seating arrangements for our guests.
To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes are left before the meeting time, the car will leave without waiting. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war and terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee that we will arrive at the pick-up location on time. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests by delays caused by such reasons, or for any additional costs such as related flight, train or bus fares and other travel expenses.
In order to facilitate the group operation, tourists will be transferred from the original car to another car during the journey and different tour guides and drivers will be assigned to provide services.

This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform the tour guide in advance and obtain his consent. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and the group fee will not be refunded.

Once discovered, there will be a cleaning fee of at least $250 per night. This fee is borne by the guests themselves, and our company is not responsible.
