★After registration, staff will provide you with bus tickets and cable car vouchers related to your trip. Please check the contents before departure and keep them safe. If you have any questions, please contact our company.
★Depending on the number of participants, buses from other tour operators providing ski services may be used. If this happens, the departure and return parking locations and times will be adjusted, and you will be notified by email one week to two days before departure. Please be aware of this.
• When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will depart on time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
• For all ski bus tours organized by our company (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus.
• After the bus arrives at Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort, please check your valuables before disembarking. Also, the bus will pass through several ski resorts before arriving in Nozawa, so please do not get off at the wrong stop.
• If you need to rent ski equipment, you can do so at the rental shops within the ski resort. (Reservations are not accepted)
• Ski equipment cannot be exchanged once rented, and you will need to pay to rent it again after returning it. Please be aware of this.
• Afterwards, you can head to Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort to enjoy skiing. At the ski resort's chairlift ticket exchange counter, you can use the voucher to exchange for a chairlift ticket.

• Please confirm the return bus time, return the rented ski equipment in advance, pack your luggage, and wait for the bus at the designated location.
Please be aware that the bus arrival time may be delayed due to local road conditions and weather.

If it is judged that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, in principle, notification will be given 2 days before departure, so please be informed.
In principle, as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. Of course, the itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski slopes. Please be informed.
Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from 500 to 1,000 yen when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it, so please be aware.
Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given. Please be informed.
If there is a heavy snowstorm in the area on the day of return and the roads are blocked, our company will help you arrange accommodation or take a shuttle bus to the nearest train station, but all costs incurred will be at your own expense, please be informed.
Please note that an additional insurance fee of 1400 yen per day is required to be paid on-site when renting ski equipment.
