This tour will not be accompanied by a tour conductor, but a local staff member will accompany you to ensure proper itinerary management.

(Transportation)
●As a general rule, smoking is prohibited on chartered buses during the tour. Also, even if it is stated that transportation will be by bus, transportation may be by taxi depending on the number of passengers.
●We cannot accommodate requests for seating by the window, aisle, or other seat locations for group tours. Even if two or more people are traveling, the seats may not be next to each other or may be in front of or behind each other.

(About staying at a farm stay)
●From the very beginning, we have welcomed everyone into the simple life of a farming family, treating them not as guests but as family members or relatives, and our style of reception is based on interacting with each farmer while bringing out the unique characteristics of each farmer.
●This is an ordinary farm stay, and unlike the typical hospitality you would expect at an inn or hotel, meals will be cooked collectively, you will help with household chores, you will stay overnight, and you will be able to deepen your relationships with the locals.
You will stay in a Japanese-style house separated by sliding doors. Please respect your host family's lifestyle and bring your own personal belongings (nightwear, towels, daily necessities, etc.).
●Most farm stays only speak Japanese, but we will try to communicate using a little English and body language (gestures).
●Basically, three people will stay in one home. A room will be prepared for each person, but there may be cases where the room only has a partition and no lock.
●If you would like one person per family, it will cost an additional 11,000 yen (tax included), and if you would like two people per family, it will cost an additional 5,500 yen (tax included). However, we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the situation.
(Minimum number of participants and cancellation of event)
●The minimum number of participants required for a tour is 14 people.
●If the number of customers does not meet the minimum number of participants for the trip to proceed, we will notify you of the cancellation of the trip before the 21st day counting back from the day before the trip start date.
(Regarding tourism and itinerary management)
●The order of the itinerary may change depending on the location of the sightseeing spots. Local staff and guides will accompany the tour to manage the itinerary of all participants. Although minor assistance is possible, please note that we cannot accommodate requests that interfere with work or require medical or specialized knowledge.
(About the photos)
●All photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Photographs of scenery, flowers, festivals, food, etc. may differ from the actual ones.

*The arrival and departure times at facilities on the itinerary may be subject to change depending on traffic conditions, etc.
*If a walk or outdoor event is canceled due to weather conditions, it will be replaced with free time or other sightseeing. However, there will be no refund for the trip.
*Please pay for any fees incurred for personal use. Please note that consumption tax and other taxes will be charged separately for any fees incurred for personal use. In addition, fees may change due to changes in the consumption tax rate, etc.

If you require special consideration during your trip, please inform us (even if you experience any of these conditions after the travel contract has been concluded, please inform us immediately).
●Those with health problems, those using wheelchairs or other devices, those with physical or mental disabilities, those with food or animal allergies, those who are pregnant or may be pregnant, those with assistance dogs for the physically disabled (guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs), and those who require other special consideration must inform us at the time of application that they require special consideration in order to participate (please also inform us immediately if you become one of these after the travel contract has been concluded). We will provide you with further information, so please inform us of the specific measures that will be required during the trip.
●If we receive the above request, we will respond to it to the extent possible and reasonable. In doing so, we may ask you about your situation and the measures you require, or ask you to provide them in writing.
●In order to ensure the safety and smooth running of the trip, we may impose conditions such as the accompaniment of a caregiver or companion, the submission of a doctor's certificate, and changes to part of the course. Furthermore, if we are unable to arrange special measures requested by the customer, we may decline the application for a travel contract or cancel the travel contract. In principle, the customer will be responsible for the costs of special measures that we take for the customer based on the customer's request.

Reminders
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour, in which case you can request a change of dates or a full refund.
Farm stays may incur additional charges. There will also be an additional charge for dinner options if you choose to stay at a farm.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
