** If you use LINE, please turn off the "Block Messages" function for strangers, otherwise the driver will not be able to contact you. If you have any changes to your itinerary, you must submit it 24 hours before departure, and you can make one change for free.
Infant car seats are not available at the moment.
If you are bringing a stroller, wheelchair or luggage, please provide information when placing your order to ensure that it can be placed safely in the car.

The scenic spot pick-up service provides a free waiting time of 20 minutes, starting from the agreed service time.
Overtime waiting fee is HKD100.00 per 30 minutes. It is calculated in units of 30 minutes, and any less than 30 minutes must be calculated in units of 30 minutes. Please pay the fees incurred to the driver in cash on site.
If force majeure or unforeseen events occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this case, the order fee will be fully refunded.
【Luggage size】
Checked luggage must not exceed 23kg and the total length, width and height must not exceed 160cm; equivalent to a 28-inch suitcase.
Hand luggage must not exceed 7kg and the total length, width and height must not exceed 110cm; equivalent to approximately a 20-inch carry-on suitcase.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
