Everyone entering JOYPOLIS SPORTS HONG KONG must sign a liability waiver provided on-site for entry. The waiver for individuals below aged 18 must be signed by an adult on their behalf.
JPS Pass: Children aged 3 or under can enter for free. Some facilities in the Future Arena and Ninja Dojo are not suitable for children aged 3 or under.
Tickets include a specified playtime. Guests must enter according to the selected time.
Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old or above at all times. Accompanying adults also need to purchase tickets. Each adult can accompany up to two children and take care of the accompanying children at all times.
All children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket to enter the park.
Infants and toddlers aged 3 or below can enter for free but must still be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket.
