Purchase Notice
・Skiing is a risky sport and may result in injury or accident. Guests are required to wear appropriate ski equipment and safety protection equipment and comply with relevant safety requirements and instructions.
・Prior to the start of the course, guests are required to purchase appropriate, valid and adequate insurance and ensure that the insurance covers skiing-related risks, including but not limited to accidental injury, illness, baggage loss and cancellation.
・We and our instructors are not responsible for any accidents, accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal property that may occur to guests before, during or after the course.
・The minimum age for ski lessons is 4 years and above for skiing and 5 years and above for snowboarding. For children under 7 years old to participate in ski and snowboard classes, it is recommended to book one-on-one lessons.
・Course bookings during the peak season (2024/12/15-2025/2/8) are non-refundable.
・If Niseko United officially announces that the ski resort is closed due to bad weather, we will provide a full refund for the affected courses.
・We will not provide refunds if the course is canceled due to reasons beyond our control (such as weather conditions or ski resort operations) unless the ski resort is closed and the cable car is in operation.
・If a student is injured due to an accident before the course, he or she must provide medical certificates and can choose to attend classes at a later date. No refund will be given.
・Cancellation of off-season courses due to other reasons: If the course is canceled within 14 days of the start of the course, no refund will be given; if the course is canceled 15 to 29 days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded; if the course is canceled 30 days before the start of the course, a refund will be issued 70% of course fees.
・Any refund can only be paid to you by the same method as the original payment. We will do our best to ensure the course runs smoothly but are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events.
・If the course is changed or canceled due to personal reasons of the student, the student or payer will need to absorb 5%~10% bank handling fee.

The course does not include ski passes, cable car tickets, or ski equipment, and students must bring their own.
Students must gather at the designated location at the agreed class time, complete their attire and purchase cable car tickets before class. We will not be responsible if the course time is delayed due to lack of valid cable car tickets or other reasons.
