【Important matters】

・Must arrive at the meeting location before the meeting time. If you are late, you may not be able to participate in the guided tour.

・The ride (electrically assisted bicycle) is designed for people over 13 years old, at least 145 cm tall, and able to ride a bicycle with confidence.

・If canceled within 24 hours, a 100% full refund will be issued. Please inform the supplier of cancellation as early as possible.

・The tour guide reserves the right to terminate the trip due to heavy rain, storms or bad weather conditions. If the trip is terminated due to the judgment of the tour guide before departure, a 100% full refund will be issued.

【Travel Terms】

① Participants should understand that there are risks of accidents when riding bicycles on public roads and natural environments, and should abide by road traffic laws and good etiquette.

②Participants should abide by all rules set by the organizer and instructions of the tour guide, and try their best to manage their own safety and health.

③If the riding activity poses a danger to yourself or other participants, or if you do not follow the tour guide's instructions, we have the right to refuse or cancel your participation.

④ If an accident, injury or illness occurs during participation, regardless of the cause, participants shall be responsible for handling it themselves and shall not require the organizer, sponsor, relevant parties or other participants to bear responsibility. In addition, participants agree to accept that first aid will be provided in the event of an accident or injury and shall not hold the organizer responsible for the methods or results of first aid treatment.

⑤ You should take full responsibility for your belongings and shall not hold the organizer or other participants responsible for any loss or damage.

⑥ In any case, compensation for any accident, injury or illness that occurs to participants during the participation period is only applicable to the following insurance coverage provided by the insurance company for rental bicycles. Compensation does not cover damage to or loss of property (including bicycles).

⑦ If the rented bicycle is damaged or lost due to carelessness of the participant or other reasons, the participant is obliged to compensate.

⑧In the event of heavy rain, strong winds and other severe weather, natural disasters, incidents, accidents, etc., in order to ensure the safety of participants, the tour guide may cancel or change the itinerary as appropriate. In addition, no refunds will be given if there are any changes to the tour content after the trip begins.

⑨The organizer has the right to freely use photos, videos and articles from the tour on television, newspapers, magazines, website media, websites, social networks, printed matter, etc., and allows sponsors and related parties to use it.

⑩The organizer shall abide by the "Personal Data Protection Law" and relevant laws and regulations, and handle participants' personal data in accordance with the organizer's personal data protection policy.
