- Minors aged 12 and above need to reserve the same package as adults to enter the store.
- Please dress appropriately and do not dress too casually (such as slippers, sandals, vests, shorts, suspenders, miniskirts, etc.). Pay special attention to the extremely strict dress requirements for French and Western food. Male guests must wear shirts with collars on their upper bodies. Shirt or jacket, long trousers (no jeans allowed) and socks on the lower body.
- Please arrive at the restaurant on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the restaurant may cancel your reservation and the fees paid will not be refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the restaurant may refuse to let you in and keep you waiting.
- If the guest fails to truthfully provide reservation information (including but not limited to the number of reservations does not match the actual number of people, fails to provide the number and age of minors), fails to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but is not limited to making loud noises, fighting, smoking in the restaurant, All losses and consequences caused by drinking, live streaming, or other activities that may affect others' dining) must be borne by the guests themselves.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
