The tour departs on Saturdays with minimum of 15 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an e-mail notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date
The tour departs on Wednesdays, with minimum of 4 people and maximum to 9 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an e-mail notification of the cancellation will be sent 3 days before the departure date
If the sightseeing vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, according to local Japanese laws, the cleaning and repair costs will be borne by the guest in full
Please note that no refund will be given if you fail to participate or cancel the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc
The car model will be arranged based on the number of people in the group on that day. Reference car models are as follows: 5-8 seats: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seats: Toyota HiAce or equivalent; 18-22 seats: mini bus; 40-49 seats and above: large bus. These vehicles are for reference only and may be adjusted according to the actual group size
Time delays caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, we may adjust the time of attractions or delete attractions. Please understand that no refund will be given
Please be sure to indicate the number of pieces of luggage you are carrying (each person is allowed 1 piece of checked luggage for free, in addition to carry-on bags). Note this in the "Special Needs" section when placing your order. If not noted, or if the number of pieces exceeds the limit, an additional fee of JPY2,000 per piece will apply
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
